Allen founded Microtraining in 1974. He and Mary continue to be leaders in the field of counseling psychology with an emphasis in multiculturalism. Allen's latest passion and research lie in neuropsychology and counseling. |

Elizabeth Robey, Managing Director info@emicrotraining.com 888-505-5576 Elizabeth oversees the day to day operations of Microtraining. She also produces DVD's, creates the yearly catalog, and attends as many counseling psychology and multicultural conferences as she can. She received her bachelor's from Ithaca College and her master's from Ohio University. She has worked with Microtraining for eight years. |

Melissa Dempsey, Billing and Shipping Coordinator mdempsey@mos.org Melissa oversees all the shipping and receiving for Microtraining, maintains our fulfillment center, and also manages our billing system. Melissa graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in Anthropology and worked at Boston's Museum of Science for 10 years before joining Microtraining. |

Norma Gluckstern-Packard, Ed.D, LCPC, NCC, Vice President
microtrain@aol.com Norma partnered with Allen in 1974 and was active in the original Basic Attending Skills series. She moved on to become the first female warden of a major male psychiatric prison. We are lucky that she now has returned to Microtraining where she continues work on new video projects featuring her own work and that of others. Look for her on an outstanding video on counseling the anti-social personality (after all, she is the expert!) and our forthcoming new version of Basic Influencing Skills. |

Carlos Zalaquett, Ph.D., L.M.H.C., Advisor
zalaquet@tempest.coedu.usf.edu Carlos is an Associate Professor of Counselor Education at the University of South Florida, Tampa. He recently co-authored Microtraining's new Basic Attending Skills book in Spanish, and has developed a number of DVD's for us. Carlos is also editor of the Student and Professional Resources page on our website which includes free classroom exercises, links to multicultural websites, and over 20 interviews with Leaders of the Field. |

Peter Stassa, Video Director
peter@davideocompany.com www.davideocompany.com A 20-year veteran of the broadcasting industry, Peter is the owner and Executive Producer at Davideo Company, a video production company located outside of Boston. Peter personally oversees the shooting and editing of all Microtraining video projects that are produced in the Boston area. He also assists our authors in securing qualified videographers for projects done in other markets across the country, and consults with those videographers throughout the pre-production process. |

Paul Gardner, Website Designer paul.m.gardner@gmail.com Paul is Microtraining's new website designer. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1999 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor in Art History. After graduation, he honed his computer skills by taking a multitude of web and multimedia production classes, and then began his career as a web and multimedia contractor. |
